"I have used Nikki Dyer’s State Farm office in Highlands Ranch, CO, for a number of years. In particular, I work with Melissa Compton,. one of her associates. By far, she is one of the BEST State Farm representatives I have ever had the pleasure to work with. And I have used State Farm forever all over the country. My wife and I moved to South Carolina in June, 2023, and stayed there until November, 2024, when we returned to Colorado. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident in May of 2024. My fault. The other party has continued to be obstinate about a settlement so the claim is still open. When returning to Colorado, we elected to once again use Nikki Dyer’s agency for insurance coverage on our home, cars, and personal property liability coverage. We mainly made that decision because Melissa was still at the agency. Since being back, I talked with Melissa on several occasions about the South Carolina accident. Without my asking, she took it upon herself to get involved with the claim to get it resolved, showing incredible initiative. Although resolution is still pending, she has stayed active in talking with State Farm management to finalize the settlement which should be forthcoming in the next day or so.
