"I just want to say how great Scott is. He is a keeper. I just had a hit and run car accident. I had an expired Card. Before I finished asking for a copy of the insurance he had already emailed it to me. He got on the phone with the claims person and stayed with me until I was able to proceed on my own. "We recently submitted two claims to State Farm related to hail damage. Both cars were considered totaled. We chose to surrender one car, retain the second, and purchase a new car. I contacted Nikki Dyer's office and worked with Scott Conklin for the first time. He was able to clarify some details related to the impact of both claims on our existing insurance coverage and helped set up a policy for the new car. He addressed all questions and followed up quickly on all matters as needed. Scott helped us to resolve a complicated circumstance more easily and smoothly than we expected.
